R-3 states it must be 70' wide for a two-family dwelling....

Is this for a whole subdivision? Or is this individual houses?
replies
in reply to howardca's comment
Current standard for R-A: No parcel of land shall be less than seventy (70) feet in width nor exceed four and one-half (4 1/2) times the width in depth. A-3/4 is 140' wide or deep

replies
in reply to KatrinaP's comment
PCC currently states: "Floor Area, Net" means the square footage totaling seventy-five (75) percent of the gross floor area; or, when an "as-built," detailed floor plan or current use plan can identify a lesser or greater amount of usable floor area which can be demonstrated by the sum of the horizontal area measured between the interior face of the exterior walls or all usable floors of a building, accessory buildings (including interior balconies and mezzanines) and surrounding open spaces wherein goods and services are offered or displayed, but excluding interior walls, enclosed hallways, stairwells, shafts, lavatories, furnace room, janitor supply rooms and closets, interior parking and loading areas, and inventory stock rooms.

What is the significance of having this definition when we have a definition for recreational vehicle, which includes travel trailers? why are there size restrictions in this definition? how would this factor into our regulations and enforcement?
replies
we call these sketch plans on opengov. Do we want to change the app type in opengov?
replies
Question
do we have a definition for "administrative officer" somewhere? is this to mean anyone working for the County? anyone in a supervisory role? anyone who may contribute to the reports and recommendations? the term feels vague and confusing to me
