depends on the type of permit being revoked or rescinded. if the sup is being revoked, we usually need a formal letter of rescission from the og applicant or we ask the pcpc to schedule it for a formal declaration of abandonment (17.140.070 Establishment of Special Uses: Administrative Reviews)

How do you get tenant information? We use the assessor's info which does not include tenant info only property owner. We can mail to physical addresses, however many rural addresses use PO boxes.
